About Us
Who we are
DB C Views, Lda is an office of Qualified Civil Engineering. We worked and have been trained over the last 10 years’ by David Banting, having the experience in large and small scale of Project Management, we took over the company. David Banting provides counselling to the company whenever needed.
Based in the Algarve, DB C Views, Lda builds sound professional relationships with Quality Constructors and Suppliers to ensure the best service to our clients, so we know who delivers and who doesn’t.
We have determination, we persevere with all diligence, we give great importance to detail and we are very persuasive in doing so… We are female, what else?
We are supported by a Professional Team, which provides a range of essential skills and friendly professional/and practical advice and information for clients and always on hand to assist.

What we Provide

Project Management Services
We help people with turnkey project with architecture surveys and less pain.
Oversight of all aspects and every facet of the construction process.
Selection of estimates based on Architects specifications and tender documents to suitable contractors who are capable to provide the quality service within the budget requirements.
Provision of a complete on site management service during the course of construction to ensure:
- Quality of building.
- Programming of work.
- Adherence strictly to the specification on which the quotation was given.
- To ensure that the architectural design is correctly interpreted by the builder.
- To implement and arrange, agree cost and carry out any alterations required by the client during the course of construction.
- All aspects and every facet of the construction process is checked and monitored. The above will be carried out usually on a daily basis or as required, which will involve reporting to the client as appropriate.
- To co-ordinate and control all additional specialist contractors that may be required during the course of construction and to program them accordingly and agree costs / proposals, conditions of payment.
- On completion of works at the stage of acceptance of completed project, to ensure the connection of the utilities to the building if required and provide a service in delivery of all the necessary documents required for the lawyer or appointed responsible party to request the Habitation Licence from the local authority based on the Council approved architectural project.
- The Project Management service is concluded on delivery of the completed works at the stage of acceptance
Renovation Services
